At Natural Heights Botanicals, we strive to ensure that your order is shipped promptly, securely, and in compliance with all applicable state and federal hemp laws.

1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship within the United States to locations where hemp-derived products are legally permitted under federal and state law. We do not ship to any state, county, or municipality where hemp or hemp-derived cannabinoids (including Delta-8 THC or THCa) are restricted or prohibited. Customers are responsible for knowing the laws in their area prior to placing an order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). During periods of high demand or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified by email and refunded promptly.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We primarily ship via USPS or UPS to ensure timely delivery and package tracking. Estimated delivery times are typically 5–7 business days depending on location. Natural Heights Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once a package has left our facility, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on your delivery location, selected carrier, and package weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Natural Heights Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.

7. Age Verification

By purchasing from our website, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identification prior to shipping any hemp or cannabinoid products.

8. Legal Disclaimer

All hemp products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 443, containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry-weight basis. We cannot guarantee legal status of our products outside Texas and assume no responsibility for shipments confiscated by law enforcement or customs in your jurisdiction.
